Our deep-processing base sits inside the Xuzhou Mapei glass cluster — 40+ years of glassmaking, upstream supply of bare bottles and caps, and a dedicated decoration campus with clean workshops for printing, coating and finishing.
Deep Processing
Bring us your artwork — or just an idea. We handle every decoration process in-house, so lead times stay short and quality stays consistent across the whole order.
1–4 color silk-screen printing with ceramic and UV inks, high-temperature bake for dishwasher- and alcohol-resistant logos. Suitable for perfume bottles, dropper vials, jars and beverage glass. Pad printing available for base marks and curved surfaces.
Full-color and gradient spray coating on a dedicated line with static dust removal — solid colors, ombré fades, frosted-matte and pearl finishes. Food-safe coatings with FDA / SGS tested paint systems.
Uniform frosted finish through controlled acid etching — a premium touch for perfume and cosmetic bottles, with consistent texture across large batches.
Permanent, ink-free laser engraving for logos, batch codes and limited-edition artwork — including paint-stripping engraving on coated bottles for a contrast metallic effect.
Precision neck grinding and base polishing for airtight stopper fit and a smooth, chip-free finish — essential for cork-finished spirits and olive oil bottles.
Whole-batch ultrasonic cleaning before decoration and packing — bottles arrive dust-free and filling-line ready.
Multi-color ceramic decals for complex artwork beyond screen-print limits, plus an automatic labeling line for paper, transparent and shrink-sleeve labels — straight from the decal kiln to palletized, labeled bottles.
