Frequently asked questions about ordering glass bottles
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
3,000 pcs for existing moulds and 10,000 pcs for a new custom mould. Mixed items from the same mould family combine to a 5,000 pcs total, because that fills about one cubic metre — the minimum volume most forwarders bill for LCL.
How long does production and delivery take?
Samples take 7–10 days. Bulk production is 25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Sea freight to Europe or the US usually adds 25–40 days depending on the port.
Can you print our logo or match a custom colour?
Yes. Silk-screen printing, hot stamping, frosting and spray coating are all handled at our deep-processing base. Pantone colour matching is available; decoration MOQ is 5,000 pcs.
Do your bottles come with food-contact test reports?
Yes. Coatings and inks used on food and beverage bottles come with FDA and LFGB test reports. SGS reports, MSDS and VOC data are available on request before you place an order.
Can I get free samples before placing a bulk order?
Stock samples are free, you only cover the freight. Custom-decorated samples are charged at cost, and the sample fee is refunded against your first bulk order.
Which trade terms and shipping ports do you work with?
FOB Qingdao or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP for most destinations. We prepare export documents, MSDS and a container loading plan so your forwarder can clear the shipment without extra paperwork.
