Wholesale glass dropper bottles for serums and essential oils: 5–100 ml, amber or clear, glass pipette, PTFE gaskets. MOQ 3,000 pcs.
Dropper bottles are the standard pack for facial serums, hair oils and single-note essential oils. We supply 5 ml to 100 ml in amber, clear and frosted glass, with glass pipettes in 18 mm and 20 mm necks. Pipette length is matched to bottle height so the tip reaches the base without touching it.
Physically they are the same item; the difference is the closure and the labelling. Serum bottles usually take a 20 mm neck with a wider-bore pipette for viscous liquids, and are often clear or frosted so the product colour shows. Essential oil bottles usually take an 18 mm neck with a narrow-bore pipette for precise small doses, and are amber to block light. If your serum contains essential oils, use amber plus a wider pipette.
The pipette tip should stop 3–5 mm above the bottle base so it does not draw up sediment, and the bulb should sit fully inside the collar when closed. For a 30 ml bottle of roughly 80 mm body height, a 65–70 mm pipette is typical. We match the pipette to the bottle automatically when both are ordered together, so you do not need to specify a length unless you are using your own bottle.
Yes, if the fill contains essential oils, fragrance or solvents. Silicone resists these and stays elastic; nitrile rubber hardens and can split within months. Silicone costs more per unit, so it is worth specifying for premium products. For water-based serums with no fragrance, nitrile is entirely adequate.
Both. Silk-screen printing on the glass is permanent and gives a clean minimal look that suits serum branding, with a 3,000 pcs minimum. Roll labels are cheaper at low volume and let you change artwork per batch. Frosted glass with a silk-screened logo is the most common combination for premium serum lines.
We run a vacuum leak test on a sample from each production batch: the closed bottle is submerged and held under vacuum, and any bubble indicates a seal failure. Combined with neck-diameter gauging, this is what keeps dropper bottles from leaking in transit — leakage is a sealing problem, not a glass problem.

Yes. Droppers are quoted per unit and can ship in the same carton but a separate compartment, which is how most customers take them for filling on their own line.
Yes, push-and-turn child-resistant closures are available for 18 mm necks. They are commonly required for products containing essential oils in some markets.
Amber and opaque coated bottles are recommended, because both UV and visible light can affect photo-sensitive actives. Full opaque coating gives the highest protection.
7–15 days for stock bottles and standard droppers. Frosting, coating or custom printing adds 3–7 days; custom moulds take 25–35 days.
Yes, in clear or printed film, applied at the factory. Perforated bands that tear on opening are the usual choice for retail serums.
