Empty glass perfume bottles in 10, 30, 50 and 100 ml from a Xuzhou manufacturer. Custom design, logo printing, crimp or screw neck. MOQ 3,000 pcs.
We supply empty glass perfume bottles from 5 ml sample vials to 100 ml flacons, in clear, frosted, amber and coloured glass. Stock moulds ship from 3,000 pieces; custom shapes and bespoke design are tooled in 25–35 days. Neck finishes come in 13 mm and 15 mm crimp for spray pumps, or screw thread for roller balls, refillable formats and caps.
Our stock range covers the four shapes that sell most in export markets: rectangular flacons with flat or shoulder-edges, square bottles with thick bases, cylindrical bottles, and novelty moulds such as the high-heel shape. Capacity runs from 5 ml samples to 100 ml eau de parfum. Anything outside this list can be tooled to your drawing — send a 3D file or a physical sample and we quote the mould separately.
13 mm is the standard for small 5–15 ml travel and sample sizes, and takes a crimp pump with a narrower collar. 15 mm is the norm for 30–100 ml retail bottles because it accepts the full range of crimp pumps, collars and metal overcaps. If you plan to sell refillable bottles, specify 15 mm screw thread instead of crimp so the customer can unscrew the pump without a machine.
Yes — all decoration is done in-house at our deep-processing base, not outsourced. Silk-screen printing handles one to four colours and is the cheapest per unit above 3,000 pcs. Spray coating gives an opaque or soft-touch finish in any Pantone. Frosting, hot stamping in gold or silver, and laser engraving are also available. We produce a pre-production sample with your artwork before mass production so colour and registration are approved in your hands, not ours.
Mould cost depends on the number of cavities and the shape complexity, and it is quoted per project after we see the drawing — it is not a fixed price list. The mould is a one-time charge and stays yours; repeat orders only pay for the bottles. Typical tooling lead time is 15–20 days, then 25–35 days for the first production run. For quantities under 3,000 pcs, choosing an existing stock mould and decorating it is almost always cheaper than tooling a new one.
Yes — send a sketch, a 3D file or a competitor sample and we return a dimensional drawing within 5 working days, then a 3D render and a physical pre-production sample before tooling. Design work is included in the mould quotation; you are not charged separately for drawing revisions. For luxury positioning the usual combination is a thick-walled flacon (base weight above 180 g), a heavy zamac or aluminium cap, and either a frosted or soft-touch coated finish — that trio is what reads as premium on a shelf next to designer brands. Thin glass and a plastic cap reads as cheap no matter how good the print is.
Only bottles with a screw neck can be refilled, because a crimp neck is sealed onto the pump and cannot be reopened without damaging the collar. In our range the 10 ml square bottle and the 15 ml square bottle take a screw cap or a roller fitting, so a customer can unscrew, refill and reseal them; 30 ml and above are normally crimp for retail, where tamper evidence matters more than refilling. If you are building a refill line, specify screw neck at the quoting stage — the bottle body comes from the same mould, only the neck finish changes.
Each bottle sits in an individual partition or an EPE foam tray, then goes into a five-layer export carton with a divider grid. Pumps and caps ship separately in the same carton and are assembled at your filling line, which reduces carton volume and freight cost. A 20GP container is usually more economical than a 40HQ for glass because the cargo hits the weight limit long before the volume limit.

3,000 pcs per model on moulds we already hold, and 10,000 pcs if a new mould has to be cut. Mixed sizes from the same mould family combine to a 5,000 pcs total — about one cubic metre, which is the minimum most forwarders bill for LCL — and that is also the usual way to trial a new brand. The exact figure is printed on every product page.
7–10 days for a stock mould sample, including your printed artwork. 15–20 days if a new mould has to be cut first. Sample cost is refunded against the bulk order.
Yes. We supply crimp pumps, sprayers, collars and metal or plastic overcaps matched to the bottle neck, so you receive a complete pack rather than bottles you still have to source closures for.
Regularly. We ship FOB Lianyungang, about 200 km from the factory, with weekly sailings to East Africa, South Africa and Jebel Ali. We can also quote CIF to Lagos, Mombasa, Durban and Jebel Ali on request.
FDA and LFGB food-contact reports, SGS heavy-metal migration tests, RoHS for decorated surfaces, and MSDS for coatings and inks. Certificates are issued against the specific production batch.
Yes, for spray-coated and frosted finishes, but each colour requires its own minimum run of 1,000 pcs because the coating line is set up per colour. Clear and amber glass are not affected by this limit.
Send a drawing, a physical sample, or just the capacity and neck size. We reply with a quotation and a sampling plan within 24 hours.
