Empty perfume spray bottles, 30–100 ml, with crimp or screw pumps. Fine mist 0.05–0.10 ml output, 13 mm and 15 mm necks. MOQ 3,000 pcs, ships to Lagos.
Spray perfume bottles are supplied either pre-assembled with the pump crimped on, or with bottles and pumps packed separately for filling on your own line. We stock 13 mm and 15 mm crimp pumps in fine-mist and standard output, plus screw pumps for refillable formats. Output is 0.05–0.10 ml per actuation depending on the pump model. Every bottle is supplied empty and unfilled — glass, pump, collar and overcap as separate components or a matched set.
Ship loose if you fill in your own factory — a crimped bottle cannot be filled without de-crimping, and re-crimping needs a new collar. Ship pre-crimped only if the product is filled before assembly, which is rare for perfume. Almost all our perfume customers take bottles, pumps, collars and caps packed separately and assemble after filling, which also cuts carton volume by roughly 30%.
A crimp pump is pressed onto the glass neck by a crimping machine and cannot be removed by hand, which is the retail standard because it protects against tampering and evaporation. A screw pump simply threads onto the neck and can be unscrewed, so it suits refillable bottles and travel formats. Crimp needs a machine to close; screw does not. If you have no crimping machine on your filling line, specify screw.
Perfume is normally 0.05–0.07 ml per actuation; room sprays and body mists use 0.10–0.13 ml. Higher output feels wetter and runs out faster, so a 50 ml bottle at 0.10 ml gives about 500 sprays versus 700 at 0.07 ml. We send pump samples with the bottle sample so you can test the actual spray pattern on your own liquid before committing.
Any bottle with a centred 15 mm neck works, but for retail the best-selling combination is a rectangular or square flacon in 30–50 ml, because the flat face carries the label and the bottle sits stably on a shelf. Very narrow or tapered bottlenecks can make the pump collar look oversized, so check the collar diameter against the bottle shoulder before approving artwork.
Yes. Collars are available in gold, silver, black and custom anodised colours, and pumps can be supplied in matching or contrasting colours. Colour matching is done against a Pantone reference; we send physical collar samples rather than relying on screen colour, because anodised metal reads differently from printed artwork.
Four things, in order of impact: glass wall thickness, cap weight, surface finish, and print quality. A 30 ml bottle with a 2 mm wall looks and feels more expensive than a 50 ml with a 1.2 mm wall, even though it holds less. A zamac or aluminium overcap that weighs 25 g or more adds perceived value that a plastic cap cannot. Then comes finish — frosted, soft-touch coated, or a gradient spray — and last the logo, which we apply by silk-screen up to four colours, hot stamping in gold or silver, or laser engraving for a permanent mark that cannot rub off. Doing all four at once is not necessary; picking the wall thickness and the cap correctly gets 80% of the effect.

No — bottles and pumps are quoted separately so you can compare pump quality. We quote a complete assembled set on request so you have one landed cost.
Only for screw pumps. A crimped pump has to be closed after filling, so the components always ship unassembled.
Colour-matched anodised collars start at 5,000 pcs. Standard gold, silver and black collars have no minimum beyond the bottle MOQ.

We send a sample set with two or three pump models filled with your liquid on request, so you can judge spray pattern, leakage and actuation force.
