Perfume bottle caps in zamac, aluminium, ABS and wood: magnetic, snap-fit and screw closures. Custom shapes and plating. MOQ from 1,000 pcs.
Caps are the part buyers judge first, and the part most suppliers get wrong on tolerance. We supply zamac die-cast, aluminium, ABS and wooden caps in magnetic, snap-fit and screw formats, matched to 13 mm and 15 mm crimp collars. Custom shapes are tooled to your drawing with 1,000 pcs minimum per design.
Zamac gives the heavy, cold metal feel that reads as premium and is the default for 50–100 ml retail perfume; it is die-cast so complex shapes are possible. Aluminium is lighter and cheaper but can only be spun or stamped into simple forms. ABS is the budget option and takes colour well but feels light. Wood suits natural and niche brands. For most export perfume programmes, zamac with gold or silver plating is the safest choice.
A magnetic cap holds onto the bottle with a magnet set inside the cap and a steel insert in the collar, so it clicks shut and stays on without threads. It lets the customer remove and replace the cap with one hand, and it hides the crimp collar completely, which looks cleaner on shelf. The trade-off is cost: a magnet and steel insert add roughly 15–25% to the cap price.
The cap is matched to the collar, not to the bottle directly, so the critical dimension is the collar outer diameter and its height. We ask for the collar drawing or a physical sample, then cut the cap cavity to fit with a 0.10–0.15 mm clearance. Caps and collars are always sampled together — approving a cap without its collar is the most common cause of loose or tight caps.
Yes. Die-cast zamac caps take the logo directly in the mould as a raised or recessed relief, which costs nothing per unit once the mould is cut and is the most durable option. For aluminium and ABS, logo is applied by laser engraving or hot stamping. Relief in the mould needs a 0.3 mm minimum stroke width to read clearly.
Often yes, if you send a bottle and collar sample. We measure the collar and either match an existing cap mould or cut a new one. Where the collar is non-standard, it is usually cheaper to replace the collar than to tool a dedicated cap, and we will tell you which route is cheaper before quoting.

1,000 pcs per design for ABS and aluminium, 3,000 pcs for zamac die-cast because of the mould cost. Stock cap shapes are available from the bottle MOQ of 3,000 pcs.
15–20 days for tooling, then 20–30 days for production including plating. Sample approval happens after tooling and before the bulk run.
Caps and collars are quoted separately but sampled together, because fit depends on both. Supplying the collar with the cap avoids tolerance problems on your filling line.
Yes, against a Pantone reference. We send a physical plated sample for approval because metal plating and spray coating read differently under the same code.
Yes, if the collar specification is known. Send the collar outer diameter, height and fit type and we quote from that.
7–10 days for standard gold, silver and black caps in stock sizes, shipped with the bottles in the same carton.
Send a drawing, a physical sample, or just the capacity and neck size. We reply with a quotation and a sampling plan within 24 hours.
